Termination of Your Prepaid Debit Card Account

Date: May 6, 2025

What This Means for You:

• Deposits will no longer be accepted on your cards starting June 19, 2025.
• Your card will no longer work after July 14, 2025.
• You will not be able to make purchases, withdraw funds, or access any remaining balance using your card after that date.
• Please ensure that you use or transfer any remaining balance on your card before the effective date.

Your Options:

• Spend down your balance prior to July 14, 2025.
• Transfer funds to a linked bank account or request a refund by check. CashRepublic charges a $15.00 check issue fee. If you request a check, the $15.00 fee will be deducted from your remaining balance unless prohibited by law. You may do so through the CashRepublic Mobile App.
• If you do not access or request a refund of your remaining balance by July 31, 2025, your funds may be subject to escheatment in accordance with applicable law.
• If you have recurring deposits or direct deposits, please update your deposit instructions as soon as possible to avoid delays.
• If you notice any unauthorized transactions or errors, you retain your rights under federal law and should report them as soon as possible. See your Cardholder Agreement for details.

Key Dates:

• June 19, 2025 – Last day your card can be loaded.
• July 14, 2025 – Last day to use your card or access your account.
• July 31, 2025 – Will be refunded by check or transfer upon request. Checks will be mailed to address on file in 7-10 business days.
