1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CashRepublic’s services, including the prepaid Visa debit card and auto insurance brokerage services, you confirm your agreement to these Terms in Use. CashRepublic reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any updates to the Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use CashRepublic’s services. You must also have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Services Description

Auto Insurance Brokerage Services
CashRepublic offers brokerage services for auto insurance through partnerships with licensed insurance providers. Our brokerage service allows you to compare insurance policies and choose the coverage that best suits your needs. CashRepublic does not underwrite insurance policies; we solely provide a platform to assist you in selecting and applying for policies with third-party insurers.

4. User Conduct

By using CashRepublic’s services, you agree to the following:

• You will not engage in fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activities while using our services.
• You will not attempt to access unauthorized areas of our systems or misuse our services.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those governing electronic payments and insurance products.

CashRepublic reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to services if we detect or suspect any unauthorized or unlawful activity.

5. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy, available here, describes the types of data we collect, how we use and share it, and your rights regarding your personal data. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Dispute Resolution

a. Arbitration Agreement
In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, you agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration, rather than through court proceedings. Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
b. Class Action Waiver
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis and waive your right to participate in a class action or other representative proceeding.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

CashRepublic’s services are provided “as is” and without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CashRepublic, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use our services, or (b) any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your account.

9. Governing Law

These Terms in Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from these Terms will be filed in the appropriate courts located in Florida.
